Sales Support Position
MIRA Floors & Interiors is an award winning flooring store that provides supply and installation to the insurance restoration, property management and builder industries.
Winner of Five Better Business Bureau Torch Awards, BIV awards and Canadian Growth Awards. Our work environment is best described as fast-paced, dynamic and team-based.
We are currently seeking to add an organized, detail-oriented individual to assist our sales and operations team in administrative tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Supports the sales team in record keeping tasks such as quote and sales entries, pricing requests, schedules, file systems, computers, samples and database system.

Show Room Organization and tracking along with reception duties.
- This position is Full-Time with ideal hours of 8:00 - 4:00 weekdays.
Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years experience working in an office/admin environment

Good written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem solver– you thrive on coming up with creative solutions to problems and won’t stop until they are solved

Confident in speaking with customers on the phone and in person in the showroom

Comfortable receiving and following written and oral direction - Self-motivated team player – ready and willing to wear more than one hat.

Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management/ organizational skills. Ability to work towards deadlines effectively.
- Strong knowledge of computers, Google, Google Suite products or similar (ie Office)
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 plus (negotiable based on experience)
